Indiana Code - Family Law and Juvenile Law - Title 31, Section 31-9-2-86

"Obligor" or "respondent"

Sec. 86. (a) "Obligor", for purposes of IC 31-16-15 and
IC 31-16-16, means an individual who has been ordered by a court
to pay child support.
(b) "Obligor" or "respondent", for purposes of the Uniform
Interstate Family Support Act under IC 31-18, has the meaning set
forth in IC 31-18-1-15.
