"Plan"

Sec. 92.5. (a) "Plan", for purposes of IC 31-34-24, has the
meaning set forth in IC 31-34-24-1.
(b) "Plan", for purposes of IC 31-37-24, has the meaning set forth
in IC 31-37-24-1.
