"Pre-adoptive sibling"
Sec. 93. "Pre-adoptive sibling", for purposes of:
(1) IC 31-19-18;
(2) IC 31-19-16.5; and
(3) IC 31-19-25;
means a sibling of an adoptee who is born before the date that the
adoptee's adoption is finalized.
