Indiana Code - Family Law and Juvenile Law - Title 31, Section 31-9-2-99

"Prosecuting attorney"

Sec. 99. "Prosecuting attorney", for purposes of the juvenile law,
means the prosecuting attorney or the prosecuting attorney's deputy
of the judicial circuit where the juvenile court is located.
