Rents; executors and administrators; remedies and liabilities
Sec. 16. An executor or administrator of the estate of a decedent,
whether a testator or intestate:
(1) has the same remedies to recover rents; and
(2) is subject to the same liabilities to pay rents;
as the decedent.
