Profits derived from unauthorized use; proof
Sec. 11. In establishing the amount of the profits under section
10(1)(B) of this chapter:
(1) the plaintiff is required to prove the gross revenue
attributable to the unauthorized use; and
(2) the defendant is required to prove properly deductible
expenses.
