Certificate of secretary of state; acts of general assembly

Sec. 2. The certificate of the secretary of state, under the seal of
state, stating the time when any act or acts of the general assembly
were deposited in:
(1) the secretary of state's office; or
(2) the office of the clerk of any circuit court in Indiana;
as appears on the certificate or receipt of the clerk, is admissible in
all courts in Indiana as evidence of the facts stated in the secretary's
certificate.
