Indiana Code - Civil Law and Procedure - Title 34, Section 34-38-2-2

Legislative acts; foreign states or territories; full faith and credit

Sec. 2. Every act of the legislature of any state or territory of the
United States, certified by the secretary, and having the seal of the
state or territory affixed to the act, is considered authentic and shall
receive full faith and credit when offered in evidence in any court in
Indiana.
