Judgments recovered on bond; relief from valuation or
appraisement laws
Sec. 2. All judgments recovered upon bonds, written
undertakings, or recognizances executed in any legal proceeding,
civil or criminal, are collectible without relief from valuation or
appraisements laws of the state of Indiana.
