Indiana Code - Civil Law and Procedure - Title 34, Section 34-54-9-1

Applicability of chapter

Sec. 1. This chapter applies when:
(1) money is tendered in settlement of a demand;
(2) the settlement is refused; and
(3) the money is brought into court to keep the tender good.
