High impact business commission established; membership;
jurisdiction

Sec. 6. (a) There is established a high impact business commission
in the county for the purpose of considering and acting upon
applications for designation as a high impact business.
(b) The commission consists of the membership of the fiscal
bodies of the county and the largest city in the county.
(c) Members of the commission shall serve without compensation.
(d) The jurisdiction of the commission consists of the
unincorporated areas of the county and the largest city in the county.
