Appeal to pay for voting system
Sec. 13.6. For an appeal filed under section 12 of this chapter, the
local government tax control board may recommend that the
department of local government finance give permission to a county
to increase its levy in excess of the limitations established under
section 3 of this chapter if the local government tax control board
finds that the county needs the increase to pay for:
(1) a new voting system; or
(2) the expansion or upgrade of an existing voting system;
under IC 3-11-6.
