Mathematical errors in data affecting levy; correction
Sec. 5.3. (a) The tax control board may recommend to the
department of local government finance a correction of mathematical
errors in data that affect the determination of:
(1) a school corporation's adjusted base levy;
(2) a school corporation's excessive tax levy; or
(3) a school corporation's normal tax levy.
(b) The department of local government finance may correct
mathematical errors in data for any school corporation.
