Application to claim credit; filing
Sec. 10. A person desiring to claim the credit provided by section
9 of this chapter must file a certified application, on forms prescribed
by the department of local government finance, with:
(1) the auditor of the county where the inventory with respect
to which the credit is claimed was located on the assessment
date; and
(2) the department of local government finance.
