Copies of promulgations
Sec. 4. When the department of local government finance
prescribes or promulgates a rule, regulation, property tax form,
property tax return, notice form, or any other paper, the department
shall:
(1) send copies of it to the local taxing officials; and
(2) maintain copies of it for general distribution.
