Adopted ordinance; transmittal of copy to commissioner of bureau
of motor vehicles
Sec. 8. If a county council adopts an ordinance to impose, rescind,
or change the rates of the wheel tax, the county council shall send a
copy of the ordinance to the commissioner of the bureau of motor
vehicles.
