Certified copies of ordinances sent to department
Sec. 15. Immediately upon adoption under this chapter of an
ordinance to impose or rescind a municipal option income tax, or an
ordinance to increase or decrease the rate of the tax, the legislative
body of the municipality shall send a certified copy of the ordinance
to the department by certified mail.
