Military vehicle
Sec. 103. "Military vehicle" means a vehicle that:
(1) was originally manufactured for military use;
(2) is motorized or nonmotorized, including a motorcycle,
motor scooter, and trailer;
(3) is at least twenty-five (25) years old; and
(4) is privately owned.
