Operators of programs and facilities for handicapped individuals;
expiration of placard upon ceasing operations
Sec. 5. A placard issued under section 1(2) of this chapter expires
on January 1 of the fourth year that follows the date of the placard's
issuance. However, if the corporation, limited liability company,
partnership, or unincorporated association ceases to operate
programs or facilities for persons with physical disabilities before
January 1 of the fourth year that follows the date of the placard's
issuance, the placard expires on the date the operation of the
programs or facilities for persons with physical disabilities ceases.
