Placard recipients; instructions on law governing parking for
persons with physical disabilities
Sec. 6. When issuing a placard under this chapter, the bureau shall
provide the individual to whom a placard is issued instructions
explaining the law governing parking for a person with a physical
disability and explaining proper use of the placard.
