Violation of chapter; Class C infraction; Class B infraction
Sec. 14. (a) Except as provided in:
(1) subsection (b);
(2) section 15 of this chapter; and
(3) section 16 of this chapter;
a person who violates this chapter commits a Class C infraction.
(b) A person who violates section 6 of this chapter commits a
Class B infraction.
