Design and manufacture
Sec. 2. (a) The bureau shall design and manufacture yard tractor
repair, maintenance, and relocation permit license plates as needed
to administer this chapter.
(b) The license plate designed and manufactured under this
section must:
(1) be designed for display on a yard tractor;
(2) be designed to be transferable between yard tractors
operated by the carrier; and
(3) designate the yard tractor as a yard tractor permitted to
operate on a public highway under IC 6-6-4.1-13(e).
