"Indiana food bank" defined
Sec. 1. As used in this chapter, "Indiana food bank" means an
organization that:
(1) is a charitable organization under Section 501(c) of the
Internal Revenue Code;
(2) is registered to do business in Indiana;
(3) is located within Indiana;
(4) is a member of a national network of food banks;
(5) collects and temporarily stores donated food; and
(6) distributes donated food only to organizations that:
(A) are charitable organizations under Section 501(c) of the
Internal Revenue Code; and
(B) distribute donated food to people in Indiana.
