Eligibility
Sec. 2. After December 31, 1999, a person who is eligible to
register a vehicle under this title is eligible to receive an Indiana arts
trust license plate under this chapter upon doing the following:
(1) Completing an application for an Indiana arts trust license
plate.
(2) Paying the fees under section 3 of this chapter.
