Animals; vehicles drawn by animals
Sec. 10. A person who rides an animal or drives an animal
drawing a vehicle upon a roadway is:
(1) subject to the provisions of this article applicable to the
person who drives a vehicle; and
(2) is not subject to the provisions of this article that by their
nature have no application.
