Failure of owner or lienholder to appear; declaring vehicle
abandoned
Sec. 10. If the person who owns or holds a lien under section 8 of
this chapter does not appear and pay all costs, the bureau shall
declare the vehicle abandoned and provide for disposal under this
chapter.
