Public passenger chauffeur's license; necessity
Sec. 3. Except as provided in section 7 of this chapter, an
individual must have a valid Indiana public passenger chauffeur's
license to drive the following:
(1) A school bus while in use for the transportation of pupils to
and from school or to and from school athletic games or
contests or other school functions.
(2) A motor vehicle while in use as a public passenger vehicle.
