Methods for transmittal of applications
Sec. 6. A manager or an employee may use any of the following
methods to transmit voter registration applications under section 4 or
5 of this chapter:
(1) Hand delivery to the circuit court clerk or board of
registration.
(2) Certified mail, return receipt requested.
