Indiana Code - Motor Vehicles - Title 9, Section 9-25-6-19.2

False evidence of financial responsibility

Sec. 19.2. The bureau may suspend the registration of a vehicle
owned by a registrant who provides the bureau with false evidence
of financial responsibility under this article.
