Failure of driver to give notice of accident resulting in death or
injury; failure to stop and to remain at scene of accident resulting
in damage to another driven or attended vehicle; classification of
violations
Sec. 9. A person who violates section 1(3), 2(1), or 2(2) of this
chapter commits a Class C misdemeanor.
