Permits issued under IC 9-20-6; fixing fee to be paid; validation of
permits; disposition of fee revenues
Sec. 10. Whenever a permit is issued by the bureau under
IC 9-20-6, the bureau shall fix the fee to be paid, and upon payment
of the fee, the bureau shall validate the permit. The revenue from the
fee shall be credited to the state highway fund.
