Moving special tractor-mobile home rig under IC 9-20-15-1
Sec. 9. (a) Except as provided in subsections (b) and (c), the fee
for a person to move a special tractor-mobile home rig under
IC 9-20-15-1 is eighteen dollars ($18) per trip.
(b) Notwithstanding subsection (a), a person may purchase a
quarterly permit for unlimited trips during the quarter to move a
special tractor-mobile home rig under IC 9-20-15-1. The fee for a
quarterly permit is five hundred dollars ($500).
(c) Notwithstanding subsection (a), a person may purchase an
annual permit for unlimited trips during the year to move a special
tractor-mobile home rig under IC 9-20-15-1. The fee for an annual
permit is two thousand dollars ($2,000).
