Disposition of fee revenues
Sec. 7. All money collected by the bureau from manufacturers,
factory branches, distributors, distributor branches, dealers,
automobile auctioneers, factory representatives, distributor
representatives, wholesale dealers, transfer dealers, converter
manufacturers, or brokers for licenses under IC 9-23-2 shall be
credited to the motor vehicle odometer fund and allocated under
IC 9-29-1-5.
