Chauffeur's license
Sec. 4. (a) The fee for a chauffeur's license issued under IC 9-24-4
is eight dollars ($8). This subsection expires December 31, 2005.
(b) After December 31, 2005, the fee for a chauffeur's license
issued under IC 9-24-4 or renewed under IC 9-24-12 to an individual
who is:
(1) at least seventy-five (75) years of age is eight dollars ($8);
and
(2) less than seventy-five (75) years of age is twelve dollars
($12).
