Reasonable ground appearing on records
Sec. 1. Upon any reasonable ground appearing on the records of
the bureau, the bureau may do the following:
(1) Suspend or revoke the current driving license of any person.
(2) Suspend or revoke the certificate of registration and license
plate for any motor vehicle.
