Term of license; fees

Sec. 5. (a) A license issued under this chapter is valid for two (2)
years after the date the license is issued as long as the annual fee is

paid. All license fees shall be paid in advance at the annual rate
under IC 9-29-15-7.
(b) A person who surrenders a license at least twelve (12) months
before the expiration date of the license may be refunded one-half
(1/2) of the annual fee.
