General Laws of Massachusetts - Chapter 112 Registration of Certain Professions and Occupations - Section 21A Prescriptions on hospital or clinic blanks; printing of podiatrist’s name required

Section 21A. Every registered podiatrist who writes a prescription upon a prescription blank of a hospital or clinic shall print or type his name directly below his signature thereon.
