General Laws of Massachusetts - Chapter 118E Division of Medical Assistance - Section 77 Office of Medicaid to attribute members to primary care providers

Section 77. To the maximum extent possible, the office of Medicaid shall attribute every member to a primary care provider. Members may change their primary care provider, provided that the member gives notice to the office of Medicaid.
