General Laws of Massachusetts - Chapter 140D Consumer Credit Cost Disclosure - Section 25 Issuance of credit cards

Section 25. No credit card shall be issued except in response to a request or application therefor, or the issuance of a credit card in renewal of, or in substitution for, an accepted credit card.
