General Laws of Massachusetts - Chapter 147 State and Other Police, and Certain Powers and Duties of the Department of Public Safety - Section 21 “Police station” and “station” defined

Section 21. The words “police station” or “station” in the three preceding sections shall mean any place in which persons are temporarily confined under arrest.
