General Laws of Massachusetts - Chapter 164 Manufacture and Sale of Gas and Electricity - Section 57C Appropriations from insurance escrow account

Section 57C. Any city or town having a municipal light plan shall appropriate any income from the investment or deposit of funds in the insurance escrow account established by said plant solely for the purposes of said plant.
