General Laws of Massachusetts - Chapter 164 Manufacture and Sale of Gas and Electricity - Section 94E Notification of termination of contract filed under Sec. 94

Section 94E. A gas or electric company required to file any contract with the department under section ninety-four shall, unless such contract terminates at a time expressly stated therein, notify the department forthwith upon the termination thereof.
