General Laws of Massachusetts - Chapter 231 Pleading and Practice - Section 140C Settlement or partial payment by insurer as admission of liability

Section 140C. No settlement or partial payment made under a liability insurance policy of a claim against any person insured thereunder shall be construed as an admission of liability by such person, with respect to any claim arising from the same event.
