Section 97A. Forms of demands or notices or other documents drawn to resemble court process shall not be used by attorneys at law, persons conducting collection agencies or others in the collection of bills, accounts or other indebtedness. A district court, on complaint of any person exhibiting and filing therewith such a form or document or copy thereof, alleging that a person who resides or has a place of business within the judicial district of such court has used or is using such form or document in violation of this section, may issue an order of notice to the person complained of to show cause why he should not be ordered to discontinue such use on penalty of contempt.
