General Laws of Massachusetts - Chapter 30A State Administrative Procedure - Section 6C Failure to comply with Sec. 6B; report

Section 6C. If the state secretary finds that any agency fails to comply with any provision of section six B, he shall report the matter to the governor and the attorney general.
