General Laws of Massachusetts - Chapter 41 Officers and Employees of Cities, Towns and Districts - Section 108K Female police officers; equality of compensation

Section 108K. A female regular police officer in a city or town shall receive compensation equal, in all respects, to the compensation received by a male regular police officer of equal rank and seniority.
