General Laws of Massachusetts - Chapter 6 The Governor, Lieutenant Governor and Council, Certain Officers Under the Governor and Council, and State Library - Section 12RR USO Appreciation Day

Section 12RR. The governor shall annually issue a proclamation setting apart the fourth day of February as USO Appreciation Day, and recommending that said day be observed in an appropriate manner by the people.
