General Laws of Massachusetts - Chapter 6 The Governor, Lieutenant Governor and Council, Certain Officers Under the Governor and Council, and State Library - Section 15NNN Literacy Awareness Month

Section 15NNN. The governor shall annually issue a proclamation setting aside the month of September as Literacy Awareness Month, and recommending its observance by the public by the establishment of programs designed to increase the public’s awareness of illiteracy.
