Sec. 31.
A limo carrier of passengers, or an officer or agent of a limo carrier of passengers, who requires or permits a driver or operator to drive or operate a limousine in violation of this act, or a rule promulgated under this act, is guilty of a misdemeanor, punishable by a fine of not more than $500.00 or by imprisonment for not more than 90 days, or both.
