257.30b “Michigan university” defined.

Sec. 30b.

“Michigan university” means any of the following institutions of higher education:

(a) Central Michigan University.

(b) Eastern Michigan University.

(c) Ferris State University.

(d) Grand Valley State University.

(e) Lake Superior State University.

(f) Michigan State University.

(g) Michigan Technological University.

(h) Northern Michigan University.

(i) Oakland University.

(j) Saginaw Valley State University.

(k) University of Michigan - Ann Arbor.

(l) University of Michigan - Dearborn.

(m) University of Michigan - Flint.

(n) Wayne State University.

(o) Western Michigan University.
